It involves three old classmates who run into each other in an airport on their way back home for the holidays. A delay in their travel plans leads to a night full of passion between the three, which in turn leads to discoveries about the sexuality of these characters. The writing is raw and passionate in the lemons, and surprisingly enough, the Edward and Jasper interactions are pretty steamy as well. Normally I am not a fan of non-canon or slash works, but mskathy shows how three people embarking on a love affair together in such a way that you can't stop reading. Esme also makes a delightful mother figure in this story, and supports her children in a way that all parents should. It’s hilarious at times and heart wrenching at others as we see Emmett truly believe that he isn’t, couldn’t, wouldn’t POSSIBLY be a boxing fairy. Where there is an underlying canon mix in this fic, it is also very mismatched. I would love to explain deeper, but I think the fantastic writing and imagination is enough to really explain it without me bumbling away.

Bella, Jasper and Edward have been friends most of their lives, and they live together in an apartment during college.

One drunken night while watching Pretty Woman, the three end up doing something none of them expected, and it turns into something bigger.

The writer has so many genuine ideas for the plot and the emotions are raw and real. Yet relatable. It moves along nicely and puts the troubled trio through trials and tribulations that make for great reading.

One last thought . . . the lemons . . . worth reading for those gems alone!
